Work with Achea
speaking & events
Using personal stories, hard truths, encouraging advice and humorous acronyms, Achea has helped thousands discover their truest potential to unlock their best, most authentic selves.
In early 2016, Achea Redd was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. As a form of self-expression and healing, Achea Redd created Real Girls F.A.R.T.—a space to empower and equip women with the necessary tools to use their voices and become their best, most authentic selves. Ever since, Achea has taken her digital platform to the next level, encouraging women everywhere to break the modes assigned by society to become Fearless, Authentic, a Rescuer and a Trailblazer.
With Real Girls F.A.R.T. gaining over 62K page views and 102K followers on Facebook, Achea has been determined to keep the conversation going—in person.
"Achea Redd is the real deal. She takes issues head-on and isn’t afraid to dive deep as an advocate for those struggling with mental illness, anxiety and depression. Her graceful yet impactful way of creating change and rallying groups to authentic action is a rare talent in today’s world."

"Achea Redd, founder of Real Girls FART and author of Be Free. Be You. spoke at our 2019 Across All Lines Community Event for Mental Health Awareness month. Achea did a beautiful job of sharing her story to connect with the audience. She was relatable, passionate and inspiring. Her message helped people know they are not alone with the struggles they face and she offered to connect with anyone who is in need of support.
