Smooth Out The Hump in “Hump Day”

Hi all! Can you believe it’s already Wednesday? As per usual, the week is flying by. Anywho, I wanted to touch base about a little something on my mind briefly.

I discussed tips in the latest post about going into Monday refreshed and rejuvenated without stress and anxiety. But if you are anything like me, by Wednesday you probably need a little pick me up.

So here’s a tip: do a little something special for yourself whatever that may be. For me, that would mean a long shower and a face mask. But for you that may be a long bath with or without

bubbles, reading a good book before bed, dinner with friends, etc. Doing this will help boost your feel-good hormones, and you’ll be ready for the rest of the week.  So here’s to you ladies, have the best rest of the week, and I’ll be in touch soon.
