Is there a wrong reason to exercise? Or is it just good that you are exercising?
I think the moment you start to focus on how exercising will make you look as opposed to how you will feel, it’s a slippery slope.
We have to get to a point of mindful exercising or movement as well mindful eating. There has to be thought into what we feed our bodies and it starts with a mindset before the body can actually sustain success. Sure, you may lose a ton of weight by cutting calories, but what happens when you go back to eating the amount you did pre “diet”?
The point is that once we make a lifestyle change things should not go back to what they were. Our relationship with food and exercise have to be healthy and work in tandem not against each other. For example, we can’t eat a bunch of crap and then work out over it like it will just vanish.
